Booking Policy

  • All bookings are allocated automatically, with the main bar area prioritised first. If you require a specific table or area, please let us know in the booking comments, we will do our best to accommodate you where possible.

  • All online booking require you to enter your card details to secure the booking. These details are held directly with Stripe, we do not have access to them. The details are held for two reasons, 1. To confirm that you’re actually a real human. 2. On the extremely rare occasion that we’ve held space in the venue and your party haven’t arrived or contacted us, we reserve the right to charge a £10 per head “no-show’ fee. Please contact us if you or your party are having any difficulties on the night.

  • Reservations can be altered/cancelled up to one hour before your booked slot. After this, any cancellations may be charged at £10 per person. We hold reservations for 20 minutes, please call us if you’re running late and we can see if we can push back / amend your table. After this point, your booking will be classed as a “no show” and your table will be released and made available for walk-ins.

  • Bookings are automatically assigned a 2 hour time slot, if you require a longer booking length please let us know in the booking comments and we’ll do our best to accommodate you where we can.

  • All bookings must be placed through our website, using the ResDiary system. Your table will likely need to be returned after 2 hours.

  • We are a very busy bar, and most of our guests are walk-ins, so booking a table isn’t necessarily a requirement, however it is strongly advised, especially if you want to guarantee a seat, or entry with a large party. We often recommend booking a table even if it’s just to have a base to keep bags / coats / drinks while you’re dancing on the bar ;)
